This year, the stage is at the heart of the Rio Tinto Courtyard, allowing visitors to dance, participate in quizzes, and potentially watch sports events or shows. • Quizzes • Music performances (DJ/groups) • Screen for sports events or shows (to be confirmed)
GOURMET ZONE / BRUNCH
Two areas will be set up indoors and outdoors, featuring most of the food served during the event. Brunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM (outdoor area), a natural complement to the family zone to satisfy the appetites of both young and old.

BISTRO GOURMAND in collaboration with Brasserie Dieu du Ciel
A gourmet bistro will allow visitors to taste 6 to 8 cheese, wine, and beer pairings. A tasting sheet will enable visitors to comment on their experience. Additionally, the terrace located in front of the Bistro Gourmand will feature activities hosted by experts and facilitators presenting the pairings.
ALCOHOL-FREE PAVILION in collaboration with upsidedrinks.ca
Upsidedrinks.ca will present a wide range of non-alcoholic products, reaffirming its commitment to a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. The Mondial de la bière is proud to partner with upsidedrinks.ca to offer an exceptional experience focusing on non-alcoholic beverages.
ENTERTAINMENT AND PODCAST ZONE
Experts and hosts will present pairings and conduct interviews with tastings. Philippe Wouters, beer specialist; Paul-André Mailhot from IPA Podcast; Guy Lévesque and Serge Noël, brewing hosts; and other experts will share knowledge and anecdotes.
FAMILY ZONE
The family zone will be set up indoors and outdoors, offering activities for children and adults, including games and quizzes on stage.
RANDOLPH ZONE
Board games, hosts, and hours of fun await.

QUEBEC PAVILION
Quebec breweries will be present or represented – including: Auberge Sutton Brouërie, Brouemalt, Sans Taverne, Les Trois Mousquetaires, L’Apothicaire, and Terre à boire, to name just a few.
ITALIAN PAVILION
This year, Italian beers will be featured. Tasting of Italian food and drinks in an aperitif style. There will also be a terrace in front of the Italian area with experts/hosts presenting the pairings.
PETIT PUB
Tasting and activities featuring Belgian beers. Over 25 breweries will be represented.
GREG NOONAN MBEER COMPETITION
An international professional jury will blind-taste beers (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) based on four criteria: Aromas, Taste, Balance and Overall enjoyment
One of the cornerstones of the Greg Noonan Beer Competition is the removal of style references as a judging criterion. This ensures that each beer is evaluated based on its most favorable characteristics.

Glass: Tastings will be served exclusively in Mondial de la bière glasses from the 1994 to 2025 editions. Visitors will be able to obtain their glass on site.
The glass of the Mondial from 1994 to 2025 is either glass or it is a reusable cup, it is dosed for responsible consumption and 2 % of the sales revenue from the glasses sold during the event is donated to Fondation Rivières.
